Just guide the users again:
- reset the Watch
- make sure to let them boot up fully to hello screen
- then enter DFU and run the tool
- pair with iPhone and enjoy
Notes:
make sure to not use watchOS 6 or 7 ramdisk on watchOS 8 as this can cause bootloop
